Account deletion

Delete your PikaMood account

You can request deletion of your PikaMood account and associated account data. The preferred path is inside the app, where we can guide you through confirmation safely.

Suggested app path

  1. Open PikaMood.
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy Center → Delete Account.
  3. Read the deletion information carefully.
  4. Follow the confirmation steps.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@pikamood.com from the email address connected to your PikaMood account and ask for account deletion. Include the sign-in method you used if you know it.
