PikaMood may support Apple, Google, and email/password sign-in. If you cannot access your account, contact support from the email address connected to your account when possible.

Privacy requests

You can request export or deletion through the app privacy center when available, or by contacting support if you cannot access the app.

FAQ

I did not receive a verification email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email still does not arrive, try requesting a new verification email in the app, then contact support with the email address you used.

How do I link with a partner?

Use the partner or Shared Vibe flow inside the app. Only link with someone you trust, and only share what feels right for you.

How do I delete my account?

Open PikaMood and go to Settings → Privacy Center → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address connected to your account.

Can I export my data?

Use the privacy center export request flow when available, or contact support. TODO: add exact export format and timing before launch.

I have a privacy question. Who should I contact?

Email support@pikamood.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and include the account email when relevant.

Is PikaMood therapy or medical care?

No. PikaMood is not a medical, therapy, crisis, or emergency service. It is a personal reflection and relationship-support app.

If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a trusted local crisis resource. PikaMood is not an emergency service.
