Intended age
Pikamood is intended for people aged 13 or older and is not directed to children under 13. This is not a claim of COPPA or other legal compliance. The audited app has no age gate, and its mascots, bright design, and games could appeal to younger users. The operator must review marketing, regional digital-consent ages, App Store rating answers, and whether the app is child-directed or mixed-audience.
If Google Mobile Ads is retained, configure child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment, required consent, and suitable ad content before enabling ads.
Safety expectations
Do not use Pikamood to exploit, groom, threaten, harass, or share unlawful sexual content involving minors. Pikamood is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate local authority.
Report a concern
Report app safety concerns to support@pikamood.com. If you believe a child under the applicable minimum age provided personal information, email privacy@pikamood.com with enough detail to locate the account, but no unnecessary sensitive content. We may verify the request before acting.
Release checks
- Confirm minimum ages in launch markets.
- Decide whether an age screen or distribution restriction is required.
- Document moderation, reporting, and escalation.
- Configure AdMob age treatment or remove the ads SDK.
- Obtain professional legal review.
