Delete your account
The app starts deletion, and verified administrative processing may be used to complete Firestore/Storage cleanup.
Delete in Pikamood
- Sign in to the account.
- Open Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the consequences, type
DELETE, and confirm. - If asked, sign in again and repeat. Apple-linked accounts require Apple authorization so Pikamood can revoke the token.
What happens
The app attempts to unlink your partner, delete Firebase Authentication sign-in, and create a backend cleanup request. Verified staff must complete deletion within 2-3 days.
Cleanup should cover your profile, moods, notifications, Piko account/ledger, and account-owned relationship records where permitted. Shared couple records need a final handling rule. Limited support, privacy-request, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, diagnostic, transaction, tax, accounting, refund, chargeback, dispute, and legal records may be retained where needed. Support and privacy-request records may be retained for up to 2 years after closure; security, fraud, abuse, and diagnostic records may be retained for up to 2 years unless needed longer for an investigation or legal obligation; and transaction, tax, accounting, refund, chargeback, and purchase-support records may be retained for up to 6 years from the end of the relevant tax year, or longer if required by law, tax authority, dispute, appeal, or legal hold. Backup copies may persist until overwritten or expired in the ordinary backup cycle.
Deletion may permanently remove account access, partner links, mood history, Pikos, settings, and shared features. Apple keeps its own purchase records. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; no active Pikamood subscription was confirmed in the audited build.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@pikamood.com from the account email if possible. Never send a password or full card details. We will verify identity before deleting or disclosing account data.
