Terms of Service
These Terms apply to Pikamood and should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
These Terms govern Pikamood, operated by Brackits. By using Pikamood, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 and old enough to consent where you live. Pikamood is not directed to children under 13.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and device, and report suspected misuse. Link only a partner you trust. You retain rights in content you create and grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it to operate requested features.
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, invade privacy, share unlawful content, probe security, automate rewards, manipulate purchases, interfere with the service, or use Pikamood to facilitate harm.
Wellness and emergencies
Pikamood supports reflection and communication. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use Pikamood for emergencies. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate local crisis resource.
Pikos and rewarded ads
Pikos are a limited virtual feature balance with no cash value, ownership interest, or redemption right. They are non-transferable unless a feature says otherwise. We may correct fraud, chargebacks, duplication, or technical errors, but will not remove valid paid balances arbitrarily. Availability, costs, and rewards may change subject to law.
If rewarded ads are enabled, participation is voluntary, the reward is disclosed first, and it is granted only after provider and server confirmation. Automation or manipulation is prohibited. No confirmed live rewarded-ad flow exists in the audited build.
Purchases, Remove Ads, and refunds
Apple processes iOS purchases and displays localized prices. Eligible non-consumables may restore; consumable Pikos normally do not restore through Apple's restore function. The audited source does not contain a working public Piko catalog or Remove Ads entitlement. Do not advertise them until implemented and verified. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Ownership, third parties, and availability
Pikamood software, branding, and original assets belong to Brackits or licensors. Apple, Google, and other service providers have their own terms. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features with notice or remedies where required. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or harm, considering proportionality and required notice. You may stop using Pikamood or delete your account in the app.
Disclaimers, liability, and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, Pikamood is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Brackits' total liability for claims relating to Pikamood is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Brackits for Pikamood in the 12 months before the claim or CAD $100. You are responsible for losses, costs, and claims caused by your unlawful use of Pikamood, misuse of the service, or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Brackits.
Governing law: the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and dispute process: courts of competent jurisdiction in Canada, unless consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Please contact support@pikamood.com first so we can try to resolve the issue informally. No forced arbitration or class waiver has been selected.
Apple terms
This agreement is between you and Brackits, not Apple. Apple does not provide app support except as law requires. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of Apple-specific terms. Apple's Standard EULA applies unless a custom EULA is published.
Changes
We may update these Terms, update the effective date, and provide notice where required. Material changes will not apply retroactively where prohibited.
